HELL’S BAY RUM
90 Proof (45% ABV) – 750 ML
Miami’s original aged rum. Made from organic sugar and molasses, then aged in new American oak barrels.
MAGIC CITY GIN
90 Proof (45% ABV) – 750 ML
Miami’s first gin. Semi‐dry with notes of juniper, citrus, and vanilla‐marzipan up front, and floral notes with a touch of anise. Magic City Gin is made from an eleven botanical blend that's infused into a sugar-based spirit.
MAGIC CITY XXI GIN
84 Proof (42% ABV) – 750 ML
Magic City XXI is named for its carefully selected 21 botanicals including saffron, ginger, orange and grapefruit peel, and lemon balm. A tropical and uniquely Miami gin that blends beautifully in a cocktail.
SLOE GIN LIQUEUR
56 Proof (28% ABV) – 750 ML
Only for sale seasonally and in limited quantity at the distillery. Our take on a classic liqueur. Made from our handcrafted gin macerated in a blend of spices, sweetened with sugar and mangrove honey, then barrel aged.
ORANGE SPICED RUM
80 Proof (40% ABV) – 750 ML
Aged in charred new American oak barrels. During maturation we add Florida orange peels, a medley of Florida citrus as well as touch of vanilla, cinnamon, allspice and a bit of mangrove honey. Available at the distillery in limited quantities

Fernando Plata
Fernando is a co-founder of Big Cypress Distillery. A self-taught distiller with almost five years of distillation experience, Fernando has studied the tradition of distilling with an eye toward innovation. Fernando prides himself on transparency in process and sourcing the finest ingredients in a responsible manner.
